The sprinkler line in the attic froze and then burst, flooding the entire clinic overnight. We responded after hours to ensure the animals were okay and prevent further damage. We provided backup power to the clinic and began the water extraction. Afterward, we oversaw the demolition, including the drywall, reinstalled the AC units, oversaw the content inventory, and restoration. The business was so grateful when they were able to reopen and begin serving clients again.
