leak in the plumbing line between main and second level caused water to run down 2 levels of home. This affected the main level drywall, drywall ceiling and floors as well as contents then ran into basement and affected drop ceiling etc.

Solutions provided:

Crossroads Property Rescue provided emergency mitigation service, identified all affected building materials, removed any material that was wet and beyond saving, set up drying equipment and containment to keep rest of house safe, monitored the entire process so that structure was dry and ready for repairs. Crossroads Property Rescue then provided estimates and related documentation to the customer's insurance carrier so that they could receive payment for the emergency services as well as the needed repairs.
