• Comment: Our home was damaged due to a hot water tank rupturing and destroying all of our hardwood floor. We immediately called Crossroads and their mitigation team promptly arrived and began the cleanup and taking up of the floor. Joel, Justin and Drew were the mitigation crew and they did a fantastic job. We met several times with Jayson and Bobby who helped us immensely in making plans to restore our house. They were very knowledgeable and provided us with everything we needed. Once the actual construction started we were very lucky to have Wes and Shaun do the work. Both of these men are very skilled and meticulous in their work. They repaired a damaged wall, replaced damaged insulation, installed a beautiful floor as well as all the trim and painting that completed the job. I can’t over emphasize the terrific job that they did and thank them enough. Everyone at Crossroads was so easy to work with and so knowledgeable about our needs and what would be needed to repair our home. I would definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone in need of restoration of your home.
