Comment: This is the second time I have had an issue at my property. Both were water claims which required mitigation and rebuilding/replacement of drywall, flooring, painting and cabinets. I was pleased with Crossroads Property Rescue the first time and didn’t hesitate to call them again. This time I had an even better experience. The team showed up promptly within a day of me calling. They were quick to get to work and quick to finish. Throughout the whole process, I was kept apprised of when they were on the property what they were doing, and when they estimated to be finished. The quality of work was very good. I have no issues with that. Wes, who was one of the workers went over above to make sure that I was informed of what was going on. Also, they cleaned up their work area. They cleaned my garage. They cleaned from behind my appliances when I didn’t even ask them to do that. Without hesitation, I would recommend this company to anyone.
